I got pulled over for speeding near quantico. For whatever reason, I kind of let the court date get too close and then I started to panic Because I knew this was going to hit my driving record pretty hard. I came to Kaveh with FOUR DAYS before the court date and he still took my case on. He was an absolute blessing. He got me another court date, advised me on a defensive driving course, and even had my truck inspected. Excellent attorney! I called probably 10 or so lawyers due to the complexity of my situation. And they all said there was nothing that could be done before my court date except for Kaveh. He filed a motion the next day and I was able to live peacefully until court. He is very honest with you about your situation and will go through all files, videos paperwork , to fight for you.

Having just moved to Fairfax county VA, I had the misfortune of being charged with a first offense DWI (with elevated BAC). I did extensive research for the best attorneys in the area to ensure the best possible outcome for my case. I went into the fairfax county courthouse to pay for a court fee and ended up being detained after one month of being released from time served for a probation violation. Fairfax County had me labeled as violating my probation despite loudon county already releasing me. I spent almost a month in fairfax until I was recommended to call Mr. Noorishad after another horrible lawyer who cost double was doing a horrible job.Upon speaking with Mr. Noorishad about my case and a deposit, it took about several days for Mr Noorishad to contact my PO and have her letter presented before the judge explaining I was NOT violating any probation. From Jail you aren't able to contact your PO from the phones inside.I was released and without any further problems in fairfax thanks to the quick response and actions from Mr Noorishads office. I would recommend his law office if you have problems in Fairfax County.

Mr. Noorishad is definitely one the best Lawyers in Virginia. His confidence in my case kept me asleep at nights. The day I go to court before trial and he tells me he got the case dismissed was absolutely astonishing. Mr. Noorishad listens and also answer all my questions with very clear answers. Kaveh Noorishad is an excellent attorney. The lawyer I had previously did not have time to meet me at my initial court appearance and instructed me on what to do. In all honesty, I would need to spend hours writing this review if I were to articulate my thoughts to truly convey my overall experience with Kaveh. I believe that most people, if they are reading reviews to help choose the best attorney to represent them are concerned with what the final outcome was. If that is you, I will spare you having to read this entire review to get the answer. The final outcome coincided exactly with the expectation Kaveh set during our first meeting. Of course, the end result is of utmost importance in any legal matter however, hindsight revealed another aspect that I found to be no less important than the end result. In my particular situation we did not have the luxury of having a single court date where the judge made their ruling and that was that, case closed. Instead, the entire process spanned 3-4 months with multiple court dates along with a few unexpected incidents that I could have lived without ever having to go through. The point I am trying to make here is that over that length of time I had many moments where, to say the least, the uncertainty of how it would all end caused me a few sleepless nights. Looking back there is one thing I am sure of. If Kaveh was anything short of the type of person that he is, business wise and personally, I am not convinced I would have gotten any sleep during that period. He did not always give me the answers I wanted, even including the times I gave my best effort to sway his answers by exhausting him into submission by asking the same question 10 different ways, but I found an incredible sense of relief in the fact he didn't try to beat around the bush, ever. What he was telling me, I felt, was his honest opinion based on his professional knowledge and experience. Which by the way, I got this far and failed to mention something...he's really good at what he does, like REALLY good. In being fair to other attorneys that work hard and are dedicated to their profession and clients in the way Kaveh is, there are attorneys out there that statistically speaking, I am sure are equally as good, or maybe even slightly better. For some, life is easier in black and white. Decisions can be made more easily when based off numbers or values. The mathematical equations we apply to different circumstances allow things to become tangible. An important factor? Without a doubt! But certainly not the end all be all for me. In the instance of describing Kaveh, and the service he provides, applying only the tangible aspects would lead to a gross misrepresentation of the overall picture. What separates Kaveh, from the rest is this. My case was filled with a considerable amount of factors that, at the end of the day, were of significant importance to me because they were deeply personal or based off principle. As one would expect from any good lawyer, I watched as Kaveh effortlessly navigated my, at times, intemperate account of events, and accurately formed them into simple statements of fact. Impressive, but as I said, he is really good at what he does, I expect nothing less from a professional. I regard someone as a professional when they operate at the highest level and exhibit a near prefect sense of poise while doing it. As a professional, Kaveh set himself miles apart from everyone else the moment when his response to a particular statement did not align with his typical, even-keeled responses I was used to hearing. Instead, words came out of his mouth with such vigor, I believe he could have brought the dead back to life. It was a moment of undeniable authenticity. It wasn't about how great of an attorney he was, rather it was an expression of his true nature and obsession to help others. It comes as a side affect from a genuine sense of caring about other people. An invaluable quality that Kaveh possesses that I believe is the true driving force behind his professional career. For me, that gift translated into a sense of peace I thought was impossible to find during such a turbulent time. Kaveh, I cant that you enough, you are a life saver.

I've known Kaveh for many years and he's one of the BEST attorneys I've ever met. He helped me with my DWI second offense in Fairfax County & managed to get everything dropped with no jail time.
